Jeff is an accomplished training executive with over 16 years experience in the learning and development industry. Jeff is currently President and CEO of the Venza Group, a training consulting firm passionately providing tools, technology and strategic thinking to the private and government sector. There are 5 practices in the group serving training needs of the hospitality and healthcare industries worldwide. Clients include InterContinental Hotels Group, MICROS Systems and McKesson. His previous executive positions include Vice President of Training Services for AMERICAN SYSTEMS where he led the Enterprise Commercial Group (ECG) into National accounts while growing sales 50% year over year.

Before joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Jeff spent eight years at corporations like The Coca-Cola Company and AirTran Airways, where he served in various management positions for sales, consulting, and multimedia development.

Jeff currently serves as the 2010 President for the Technology-Based Learning SIG for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). He also serves on the board of Supporting Adoption & Foster Families Together (SAFFT), a community based organization of caregivers that supports the needs of Georgia’s foster and adoptive children.

Daniel brings to the Venza Group over 15 years of providing innovative training and curricula solutions to clients in four countries (Norway, England, Brazil, and the US). He effectively works with clients by utilizing his creative spirit, international sensibilities, and knowledge of industry-wide best practices. Prior to his current position with the Venza Group, Daniel was the Training Services Practice Director for AMERICAN SYSTEMS, serving clients in the industries of retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality.

David brings to the Venza Group over 8 years of web, graphic, and multimedia design and computer-based training development experience. He has extensive expertise in current web technologies, eLearning application development tools, learning management systems, and Instructional System Design processes. During David’s 8 years of eLearning experience he has had an active role in developing courseware for organizations including Chick-fil-A, McKesson, EADS CASA, US Coast Guard, US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, National Security Agency, and Komatsu America Corp.

Robin brings to the Venza Group over 10 years of experience. She has worked in various positions including corporate training, sales support, and most recently as an executive for a local non-profit working to help support families through adoption. Robin has created small group curriculum and co-produced training DVDs.
