Jeff is VENZA’s CEO. Unafraid to think outside the box, he has been a disruptive force in the hospitality technology industry since 2008 when he founded VENZA. Fueled by his passion for innovation, Jeff is an architect of change who has guided VENZA’s upward trajectory from the ground up to a multi-million dollar brand. Today, over 10,000 properties in over 100 countries trust VENZA to help them predict, protect, detect and respond to security and privacy threats. As an evangelist for what’s possible, Jeff is involved in crafting the company culture, developing new solutions and shaping future growth opportunities.
Prior to launching his own company, Jeff was Vice President of Training Services for AMERICAN SYSTEMS where he led the Enterprise Commercial Group (ECG). Over the years, he has been a driving force behind Fortune 500 corporations like The Coca-Cola Company and AirTran Airways, where he served in various key management positions.
Jeff has been involved in philanthropy most of his life and has served on the boards for the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Technology Associates of Georgia (TAG) and Supporting Adoption & Foster Families Together (SAFFT), a community-based organization of caregivers that supports the needs of Georgia’s foster and adoptive children. He is currently an active member of the HITEC Executive Vendor Advisory Council to provide input and advice into education, trends and topics that affect the industry and HITEC events.
Joshua is VENZA’s President. His goal is to reach out to the hospitality world and supply them with the key information they need to understand how VENZA will help guide them on the never-ending journey of compliance.

Daniel is a VENZA Partner and Co-Founder. His function revolves around developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining VENZA’s strategic initiatives. His aim is to transform fluid considerations into crystallized forms.
Daniel earned his MSc. from the University of Bristol, England. Before co-founding VENZA, Daniel founded and ran Music for Charities, a tech-based engine built to promote independent music and raise money for non-profit organizations. He was also the Director of Training Delivery at American Systems.
David is VENZA’s CIO. David takes the fear out of clients by having the drive to learn and the ability to keep up with new technology. David is like Batman—a normal person that uses tools and technology to be a superhero!
David currently holds the following certifications/recognitions: CISM, CISSP, PCI-QSA, PCIP, CDPSE, CHFI, CEH, Certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor, CNSS 4012, CNSS 4013A, CNSS 4011, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA Security, CCNA Routing & Switching, CCENT, Project+, Network+, Linux+, LPIC-1 Linux Administrator, and A+. He also holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.
Robin is VENZA’s HR/Accounting Director. Robin is responsible for the overall culture of the company and is a “Momma bear, with a big heart and protective nature”. Robin takes care of VENZA’s employees and clients by consistently exceeding their needs and expectations.
Scott is VENZA’s Vice President of Sales. Scott’s athletic background and competitive nature drive him to produce results that are beyond measure. Scott wants to be the client’s guide on their journey to PCI Compliance and seeks to provide them the tools necessary to have a secure environment.
Juli is VENZA’s Vice President of Sales. Juli thrives on identifying the needs and expectations of her clients and matching them with the right products and solutions.
Having been a hospitality CFO earlier in her career combined with years of experience in data security and managing client relations, she has a unique perspective understanding the importance of data security and privacy.
Juli has a passion for the hospitality industry and realizes that the sale is just the first step in establishing and building a long-term relationship with clients.
Sean is VENZA’s Brand Ambassador. Sean would have been working for VENZA from the get-go had he not run off to Virginia to marry his lovely wife Linda in 2008. After working as a remote contractor for VENZA, Sean moved back to Atlanta in 2017 to be a courseware developer and was then promoted to Brand Ambassador later that same year.
As a creative problem solver, Sean not only finds solutions, but he does so with humor, helping to de-stress situations for both the VENZA staff and its clients.
Anne is VENZA’s Project Manager, as a self-promoting multi-tasker, she has found this position perfect for her skillset.
Prior to joining VENZA, Anne was Associate Publisher for Hospitality Upgrade providing insight into the Hospitality Technology industry where she found technology to be her passion.
This is her first time working on the vendor “dark side” of the hospitality industry and hopes to provide the team with resources to continue the great strides VENZA has been making within the industry.
Barbara is Venza’s Product Manager. As an assertive dreamer, she’ll find no project too crazy or impossible. Once she sets a goal in mind she will take charge and leave no stone unturned to make things happen.
Having explored several areas of the hospitality industry, from operations to marketing, sales, and IT, her versatile background serves her well to understand our clients complex structure and create outstanding products that provide value for our customers satisfying their compliance needs.
Will is VENZA’s Courseware Developer. Responsible for the overall quality and aesthetic appeal of digital content, Will produces customer-focused, quality solutions that are a significant part of VENZA’s continued growth and success.

Being a veteran I understand the meaning of teamwork and how important it is. As the product analyst I work with not only Product Development but with all our departments to ensure that we here at VENZA are always providing the best tools to serve our clients.
Kim is a self-proclaimed word nerd, but her favorite words are those that simplify. Pulling inspiration from her background in the healthcare industry, she has a clear goal to communicate Venza’s offerings in plain language.
Larry is VENZA’s Security Manager. He enjoys working with clients to understand their organizations and the challenges they face protecting sensitive data. His goal is to assist clients in accomplishing their required tasks as easily and efficiently as possible. Larry is like the Green Lantern, coupling imagination with the positive willpower of the universe to battle evil—in this case, the fear and doubt we face every day in our struggle to keep information secure.
Larry currently holds the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, PCI-QSA, CDSPE and CEH.
Alan has been active in the IT space for over 30 years with the last 25 in Hospitality IT. During this time, he designed, managed, and often installed hotel systems. That understanding brings a unique perspective when working with hospitality staff and ownership both on a technical and operational level.
Security has always been in his DNA with his experience preceding even the formation of the PCI Security Council. Now considered an expert in Hospitality PCI Compliance, he is a member of the Venza Security Team. Alan is currently a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer and is an active member of several Hospitality and Data Security organizations.
Ernie is VENZA’s IT Specialist. With an extensive background in IT, IT Tech, Consulting, Ernie’s last gig was as a SysAdmin. Ernie can’t remember ever not being excited about something IT-related. He admires The Dark Knight’s resolve because just like Batman Ernie always gets the job done.
Michael has always been the type of person that tries to understand how things tick. At a young age, he would take electronics apart, just to see what was inside, never being satisfied with the shell of simplicity that surrounds the most complicated things in everyday life. In his day to day work, he incorporates that same idea to understand how programs work and why they break. He has found that the hardest problems often have the simplest answers.
Eileen is VENZA’s Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. Years of raising her two children have developed her multi-tasking skills so much so that she has no problem keeping the VENZA crew in line. Whether it is trying to get a lizard out of the ladies’ room or assembling an office chair, Eileen is always up to a new challenge.
MACARENA is VENZA’s Director of Customer Success. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Macarena is passionate about delivering First-Class Service through teamwork and by opening lines of communication to achieve the desired outcome while managing data protection and security threats.
Prior to joining Venza, Macarena spent 15 years in a Leadership role within the Customer Success and Hospitality Industry. Macarena has an exemplary record of building, developing and engaging Teams that deliver results while formulating strong and trustworthy client relationships.
As a seasoned professional with two decades of experience, Macarena is known for driving customer satisfaction, maximizing operational excellence and delivering exceptional performance.
Dominique is VENZA’s Senior Customer Success Manger.
Just like the Green Lantern, Dominique’s will to effectively overcome any obstacle is insurmountable. His goal is to protect the galaxy’s most vile cyberattacks from clients. In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil spyware shall escape his sight!
Olga is VENZA’s Customer Success Coach. Based in Den Haag, Netherlands, Olga follows one of her favorite quotes by Brandon Sanderson and puts “journey before destination”. She is on a daily quest to ensure that our clients reach success when striving to protect and secure customer data. Utilizing her experience in hospitality as well as education, she will be by your side in your efforts to tackle any insidious security threats.
Katie is VENZA’s Customer Success Coach. She has a BFA in Communication, putting her creative thinking and problem-solving skills into practice for the Customer Success Team. The skills necessary for Customer Success are well within her wheelhouse, originating from her prior industry experience in the fields of education, medical, and commercial real-estate specifically in hotel and resort development.
Being a mother of three children, she has been inducted into the Moms of Roswell club within VENZA as another one of the team’s excellent jugglers of tasks.
Chrissy is a Customer Success Associate here at VENZA.
She comes to the team with more than 20 years within the Hospitality industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge regarding everyday struggles in the life of a GM. Although she survived the ups and downs of GM challenges, nothing has proven to be more difficult to her than her house filled with 3 kids and a “project-driven” husband. The quote that best describes Chrissy, “You never tell the client no until you know the answer is no.” She firmly believes in treating customers like they are family and demonstrates that on a regular basis.
Kevin is a Customer Success Coach and is passionate about building relationships through collaboration, teaching, and support. He is originally from Battle Creek, MI, but has been in the Atlanta area now for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and a Master’s in education. Prior to joining VENZA, Kevin held leadership roles in the hospitality, education, and software industries. He is dedicated to using his experience and background to drive Customer Success at VENZA.
Rocky is a very proud St. Bernard who enjoys being a symbol of security to hotel guests. Rocky works hard being the mascot for VENZA traveling to resorts around the world helping hoteliers protect guest data. If you travel with Rocky make sure to stop and take a photo with him. Emil’s passion and his notion of existence is to support others to develop and grow either their personal or business circumstances. He is energized by spending time with others on the phone or face-to-face and getting to know their needs and wants. He is thrilled when it comes to helping others.

Richard is an Accounting Manager for VENZA.
Rosemary is passionate about ensuring that every person she talks to knows that she cares. Dealing with numbers all day is her jam, she wants all customers to be confident in their account status. She is committed to answering all phone calls and emails the same day.
Rosemary is also passionate about college football, she watches all day every Saturday in the fall! GO DAWGS! She treats people as she wants to be treated. She comes from a big family and her family is very important to her.
Stephen is VENZA’s Managed Services Director.
Kristi is VENZA’s MSP Manager. Kristi is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to MSP clients. She and the Support Specialists have created a true Help Desk to address and resolve our client’s IT issues.
Greg is VENZA’s Help Desk Manager.
Taylor is VENZA’s IT Specialist. He has always had a passion for helping others and developed a liking for computers systems shortly after high school. It was not until several years later, determined to further his understanding and knowledge of computer systems, he obtained a degree in Cyber Security. Taylor continues to develop his skills as an IT Professional while striving to deliver the best help and satisfaction he can to others.
Patrick is VENZA’s IT Specialist, MSP.
Destiny is an IT Specialist for VENZA MSP.
Prior to working at VENZA, Tyler spent five years working with the public and assisting with their highly personal and confidential needs. Tyler finds helping others to be the most rewarding aspect of the business. Tyler says if you can help others to achieve their goals, you can end the day on a high note knowing that you made a difference. Tyler looks forward to making a positive impact on our client’s security and technology goals in the same way.
Justin has a black belt in problem-solving and uses their critical thinking skills and technical support experience to propel VENZA’s Firewall Management to new heights. Justin is also a big fan of books, television and movies when they have downtime.
Nathan is a Vulnerability Scanning Engineer who is passionate about assisting clients by ensuring they attain compliance along with helping Venza’s MSP team. Nathan aims to continuously learn with each new challenge ahead.
Pat is a Level II Help Desk Engineer. Pat enjoys home improvement, building and flipping computer systems, repairing laptops, and working on his Russian language skills. He has spent several years overseas in Japan as a sailor and Thailand as an English teacher. He has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and is also certified in Security+. He is also interested in yard sales not just for the products, but also to get to know those in his community.
Steve’s position is a Level II Help Desk Engineer with VENZA MSSP. Steve has officially been in IT for more than a decade, before that he was the “go-to” guy for IT help and questions. His last position was a System/Infrastructure Administrator for the county government in Wisconsin. Steve is a logical thinker and enjoys problem-solving.
Nathan is a Level II Help Desk Engineer for VENZA.
