Venza Group Appoints Patty McIntosh as Training Strategy & Implementation Director

(Alpharetta, GA – August 15, 2011) The Venza Group proudly announces the appointment of Patty McIntosh to the position of Training Strategy & Implementation Director.  In this key leadership role, Patty will deploy her extensive expertise in the areas of appreciative inquiry, instructional design, adult learning theory, team building, executive coaching, and project management to developing innovative and engaging eLearning and classroom training.  Additionally, Patty will be working collaboratively and strategically with clients, from initial consultation to rollout and implementation, to insure that their training needs are heard and met and their goals for learning are achieved.

Patty McIntosh has skillfully used her skills as a professional educator, mediator, project manager, and technology analyst throughout her career to assess customers’ systems and soft-skills training needs and deliver programs for them that are innovative, engaging, strengths-based, and results-oriented.  A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in instructional design and development, Patty has worked extensively in both the private sector (in the areas of technology, hospitality, and human resources) as well as in public service (at the local, state, and federal levels).  Past employers include the City of Atlanta, the State of Alaska, Passkey, Killington Resort, and the State of Vermont.
