LJ is the Technical Communicator at VENZA. As a veteran of the hospitality industry, she has worked at numerous prestigious, award-winning hotels so she can deliver on the exceedingly high expectations of guests and clients alike. When not on her self-imposed quest to provide the best customer service possible, she is either gushing about her cats to her patiently indulgent co-workers or playing video games alongside her fiancé—and losing, mostly. She endeavors to make a lasting, heart-felt impression on any customer she helps.
