$50k Life Insurance
VENZA pays for a $50k life insurance policy, something we hope to never need but offer it for you and your family’s peace of mind.
VENZA offers 20 Days PTO after a 30-day probationary period. VENZA has six paid holidays.
A one-month paid sabbatical will be offered to any full-time salaried employee upon completion of 5 years of continuous employment.
Full-time salaried employees are eligible for profit-sharing/bonuses based on the discretion of management, dependent upon the profitability of the company and according to an individual’s performance and contributions.
An employee that refers a resource will receive $250, upon completion of their 90-day probationary period. Any employee that refers a resource who stays with the company for 1 year will receive $1,000.
