These appointments reflect VENZA’s ongoing strategic growth and commitment to operational excellence.

Dotson brings nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting, most recently serving as Director of Finance and Administration at Ackley Capital. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Washington State, where he also resides.

Fisher returns to VENZA, having served as Senior Vice President of Sales at the company for six years until 2023. He brings a deep understanding of VENZA’s mission, culture, and clientele, along with a proven track record of driving sales and product delivery. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and will lead VENZA’s global sales and marketing efforts.
