His approach focuses on planting seeds of creativity and strategic insight across paid channels, social media, and analytics. Adam’s unique blend of artistic vision and analytical prowess not only drives growth but also crafts memorable narratives that resonate with audiences. Barbara is VENZA’s GEVP of Client Experience. As an assertive dreamer, she’ll find no project too crazy or impossible. Once she sets a goal in mind she will take charge and leave no stone unturned to make things happen.

Having explored several areas of the hospitality industry, from operations to marketing, sales, and IT, her versatile background serves her well to understand our clients complex structure and create outstanding products that provide value for our customers satisfying their compliance needs.

Ben joins us with over twenty years in payments & data security experience having worked with all types of merchants including some of the largest hospitality brands. Being a self-described “payments nerd” Ben has a thorough understand of all aspects of PCI and related components as they impact customers’ electronic payments environment. This also includes an understanding of Fraud management utilizing machine learning/AI tools to identify both positive and negative events that can impact a customer’s payment environment. Lastly, Ben has a reputation for being a customer champion and will be an ideal fit for our customer culture here at VENZA.

When not working, talking to customers, or traveling Ben be found at his home in Dallas, TX being his wife’s landscaper architect. He is also a fan of Baylor Athletics in Waco, but he does not know Chip or Joanna.

Vulnerability Penetration Tester

Bill is one of VENZA’s Vulnerability Penetration Testers. Originally from O’ahu (Hawaii), he brings with him 18 years of experience in hospitality I.T. leadership that spans employers consisting of Fairmont, Starwood, and Marriott. His skillset includes Network & Systems Administration, IAM, internal & external SOX/PCI-DSS compliance audits, Network & Systems Hardening, Vulnerability & Asset Management, Infrastructure Design, Project Management & CAPEX, and Systems Integration. Bill currently holds the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA CNVP, CHTP, GRC, MCSE (retired), MCP+I (retired). He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Hawaii, Manoa – Shidler College of Business.

Cat is a Customer Success Coach here at Venza. While an Australian citizen, she spent most of her life in Taranaki, New Zealand and now resides in Orlando, FL alongside her husband. In her previous roles, she excelled in providing exceptional care to customers and assisting with administrative duties. At Venza, she strives to be the friendly face that clients and co-workers alike can turn to and trust.

Security Manager

Charles is one of VENZA’S Security Manager and PCI-QSA, or PCI-DSS evangelist. With over 15 years’ experience managing client cybersecurity incidents, audits and assessments across multiple verticals, he excels in providing solutions to protect clients against enemies of other “realms”. As cybersecurity is an everlasting process, he always says that “We never lose our vulnerabilities, we only learn to live above them.” He loves swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving as well as traveling.

His current certifications include CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, PCI-QSA formerly PCI-ASV as well as PFI.

Chrissy

Senior Security Associate

Chrissy is a Senior Security Associate here at VENZA.
She comes to the team with more than 20 years within the Hospitality industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge regarding everyday struggles in the life of a GM. Although she survived the ups and downs of GM challenges, nothing has proven to be more difficult to her than her house filled with 3 kids and a “project-driven” husband. The quote that best describes Chrissy, “You never tell the client no until you know the answer is no.” She firmly believes in treating customers like they are family and demonstrates that on a regular basis.

Daniel

Vulnerability Management Lead

Daniel is a Vulnerability Management Lead and lives in Puerto Rico “la Isla del Encanto”. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus with a minor in Cyber Security. In 2015 he started working as a Linux system administrator for the on campus Computer Sciences department where he managed most of the server environment and network infrastructure. Right after graduation he began working as a penetration tester in 2017 where he developed most of his offensive security skills, processes and techniques, including some computer forensics skills. He’s very passionate about cyber security, Linux, programming, and computing in general. He’s very excited to be a part of the Venza team.

Daniel

CEO

Daniel is the CEO of VENZA. His function revolves around developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining VENZA’s strategic initiatives. His aim is to transform fluid considerations into crystallized forms.

Daniel earned his MSc. from the University of Bristol, England. Before co-founding VENZA, Daniel founded and ran Music for Charities, a tech-based engine built to promote independent music and raise money for non-profit organizations. He was also the Director of Training Delivery at American Systems.

David

CIO

Elizabeth is passionate about guiding our clients toward compliance, leveraging her keen eye for vulnerabilities and her commitment to fortifying digital landscapes. Jonathan is a Security Analyst for Venza’s security team. Originally from South Carolina, Jonathan now lives in Southwest Florida on the Gulf Coast. Jonathan has been a lifelong IT specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the field. Before joining Venza he worked and specialized in enterprise business networking in many different industries such as hospitality, industrial production, healthcare and non-profit industries. Jonathan is known for being a team resource and in his free time loves building custom electronics, repairing electronics, modifying circuitry, reading and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Justin is a Full-Stack developer with VENZA — Based remotely in support of VENZA’s Pensacola, FL office, the PHP Developer position is responsible for building new and innovative website functionality and tools and maintaining and upgrading current applications. The role will provide significant support for the VENZA PEAK™ Learning Management System and the soon-to-be-released VENZA System.

Fortuna brings extensive experience to the position. He has nearly two decades of experience as a full-stack developer. Fortuna holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management from Penn State University and resides in Youngstown, OH.

When not on her self-imposed quest to provide the best customer service possible, she is either gushing about her cats to her patiently indulgent co-workers or playing video games alongside her fiancé—and losing, mostly. She endeavors to make a lasting, heart-felt impression on any customer she helps.

She has a BA from the University of Puerto Rico in Social Sciences and Criminal Justice with a Law & Society concentration. She also completed a multi-disciplinary concentration in Forensic Psychology.

Prior to joining Venza, Letisha held leadership roles as a Benefit Administrator, Savings & Retirement specialist and in the Communication industry. Her education and experience allow her to exceed expectations while meeting challenging corporate goals.

Sean is VENZA’s Brand Ambassador. After working as a remote contractor for VENZA, Sean moved back to Atlanta in 2017 to be a courseware developer and was then promoted to Brand Ambassador later that same year.

As a creative problem solver, Sean not only finds solutions, but he does so with humor, helping to de-stress situations for both the VENZA staff and its clients.

Prior to joining Venza, Stephanie has worked in the US, Caribbean, and Asia serving organizations and clientele from around the globe. She is excited to be a member of the Venza team and looks forward to contributing to its future success.

As an animal advocate, Stephanie enjoys spending her free time volunteering in animal rescue.

Originally from the Chicago area (Go Cubs!), Tim lives with his wife & family in N Bethesda, MD. Tim is graduate of the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality.
