We required a solid and efficient training program for the global Property Management System used by all Mandarin Oriental hotels. By creating eLearning courses with interactive computer-based exercises, we provided a fun, effective and time-saving program for hotel colleagues. Our brand-specific, four-hour eLearning courses have high application to the workplace, which resulted in more consistent usage of the system globally. Managers were very pleased with the ability to track colleague progress via the Learning Management System, too. Overall, our hotels and colleagues have been very happy with our eLearning courses, and for us, the implementation was seamless, due to the Venza Group’s excellent experience and guidance.
