Group Germain Hotels Selects VENZA for Multi-Lingual Data Security Situational Awareness Program

(Atlanta, GA – November 9, 2016) Canadian hotelier, Group Germain Hotels, has selected VENZA® as its data security partner with a focus on situational awareness. The primary goal is to prepare every member of the association to meet cybersecurity challenges as well as comply with data handling requirements such as PCI DSS version 3.2.

“Data protection standards and requirements are ever-changing,” says Daniel Johnson, VENZA’s COO. “Group Germain Hotels recognizes the important role that their frontline associates play in maintaining vigilance for the benefit of their guests. We’re proud to have an engaging multi-language platform that suits their needs.”

Mid-year 2016, VENZA launched its PEAK® Learning Game Eco-System for hoteliers. An engaging platform that efficiently and effectively communicates information security best practices to associates, it is now mobile-friendly and available in multiple languages. Additional enhancements in 2016 include revamped administrative dashboards for tracking and recording ease.

“The protection of sensitive guest data is a top priority for our team,” says Charles Bureau, Director of IT at Group Germain Hotels. “In addition to being hospitality’s gold-standard for data security situational awareness programs, the VENZA team has displayed tremendous agility in their ability to adjust the program to our specific needs. Having content available in both French and English is undeniably a plus as well.”
