Laura-Jane Hatcher Tapped as Technical Communicator at VENZA

In this capacity, she will serve as the primary creator of written content for VENZA, both within the organisation and beyond.

The Technical Communicator role serves as the driving force behind VENZA’s communication efforts and initiatives, both internally and externally. Responsible for crafting training materials, technical documentation, and marketing content, the position combines multiple forms of writing proficiencies to build and maintain cohesive messaging across programs and products. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between technical complexity and user understanding to enhance client experience and internal operations.

Hatcher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Music Performance from Berry College and resides in Canton, GA. After working extensively in the hospitality industry, she joined VENZA as a Customer Success Coach in 2021. In 2023, she took part in VENZA’s inaugural Interdepartmental Development program, specifically to deepen her understanding of Technical Communication.
