In this leadership role, Diane is accountable for all Venza Group professional services where, on a daily basis, she utilizes her industry expertise in curriculum design and development, training measurement and evaluation, adult learning principles, team leadership and development, and project management. Additionally, Diane directs the integration of the Venza Learning Management SystemTM, from strategy to implementation.
Throughout her distinguished career, Diane Binder has skillfully used instructional systems design (ISD) methodology, conducted needs analyses, and designed curriculum that targets performance competencies and improvement. A seasoned professional, Diane has over ten years of experience as a learning analysis, design, development, evaluation and implementation expert.
