VENZA Hires Tim Kinsella as Chief Revenue Officer

VENZA, the leading provider of data protection and regulatory compliance solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced that it has hired Tim Kinsella as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he leads VENZA’s sales planning and execution in support of the company’s overall strategic blueprint for global growth, as well as spearheading the company’s related marketing efforts.

Kinsella is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including executive-level global strategic sales responsibilities, including with Amadeus and Oracle/MICROS. His previous experience includes working for several data protection and IT service providers specializing in hospitality technology, including in the critical area of PCI DSS compliance.

“For many years, Tim and I have been in contact and made it a point to visit one another at industry events. I have always come away from our conversations more informed and inspired; Tim Kinsella is a treasure for the hospitality technology community,” said Daniel Johnson, CEO at VENZA. “He genuinely cares about the well-being and success of our entire industry and is acutely aware of the risks we all face. Tim is the perfect fit to lead VENZA’s sales and marketing teams and achieve the organization’s revenue goals.”

“Amidst VENZA’s aggressive global expansion, we needed a proven leader with ambition that matched the intensity of the task. It was immediately apparent that Tim was the right person for the role, and we are thrilled to have him join the team as CRO,” he added.

The hiring of Kinsella coincides with a reorganization of VENZA’s units which will see Marketing combined with Sales and reporting directly to Tim as a unified effort. This strategic move adapts to the company’s evolving marketing and promotional needs and fits Tim’s areas of experience and expertise.

“VENZA has established itself as the premier provider of data protection tools for hospitality and has an undeniable growth trajectory,” said Kinsella. “I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s future success.”

“My goal is to not only expand VENZA’s global footprint, especially in regions like EMEA and Latin America, but also to ensure that we continue to innovate and provide cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our industry,” he added.
