VENZA Speaking at HFTP Annual Convention 2022

Two of VENZA’s leaders will attend and speak at the upcoming 2022 Hospitality Financial and Technology Professional (HFTP) Annual Convention, held from September 14-16 in Austin, TX.

David Christiansen, Chief Information Officer, and Juli Barter, Vice President of Sales, are scheduled to present on “Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment,” and “Critical Actions to Mitigate Against Vulnerabilities and Cyber Liabilities.” In addition, Juli will be a panelist on the “Club Open Forum” session.

VENZA’s participation at the HFTP Convention is an extension of its mission to build better defense in the hospitality industry by providing practical, tailored insights about data protection and regulatory compliance.

“I am thankful for HFTP allowing VENZA the opportunity to share our perspectives on these critical issues with industry leaders,” said Juli Barter. “David and I are looking forward to seeing our clients, colleagues, partners and industry friends in Austin soon.”

Event Overview

The HFTP Annual Convention held annually in the Fall, gathers hundreds of hospitality finance and technology professionals for three days of networking, education sessions, featured vendors, and networking and social activities. In addition, the convention is an occasion for HFTP to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of the association and its members for that year. The program is planned by an advisory council composed of experienced industry professionals who are in-the-know of current issues and trends. This year marks Annual Convention’s 70th year.
