VENZA Names Barbara Espinosa as Global Executive Vice President of Client Experience

In this newly created role, Espinosa will lead the company’s account management team, ensuring that all VENZA offerings continue to delight its customers and exceed expectations.
A proven leader with an eye toward the success of the client journey, Espinosa previously led VENZA’s Product-Marketing Team as its director. She carries deep industry knowledge from her previous career working directly in hospitality, most recently as the security awareness and compliance lead at Karisma Hotels & Resorts. In combination, this career trajectory and experience made her an ideal fit for the new position at VENZA.
The Global EVP of Client Experience position will review, streamline, and ultimately optimize all aspects of client interactions with VENZA, yielding an unparalleled level of service. Espinosa’s responsibilities will include building and maintaining robust collaborative relationships with clients through effective communication and troubleshooting, designing and cultivating pathways for effective client journeys, and working interdepartmentally to track, manage, and build customer satisfaction. In addition, she will also continue to play a pivotal role in defining the company’s product development strategy and determining its strategy for product execution.
