In this position, she will lead the company’s organizational strategy for staffing, personnel development, and employee wellness.

McGuire was previously the Human Resources Manager and joined VENZA in 2009. With 14 years of service to the company, she is one of its longest-tenured staff members. She brings extensive experience in hiring, employee management, professional development, and compliance to the position.

As the Director of Human Resources, McGuire will be a member of VENZA’s executive leadership team and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, she will contribute to the development of the company’s overall strategic and cultural approach. The newly created position will also be responsible for maintaining effective recruiting mechanisms, facilitating the company’s onboarding process, administering employee benefit services, and managing other members of the Human Resources team.
