The National Association for Business Resources Announces This Year’s Best and Brightest Companies in Atlanta Winners

Every year companies throughout Atlanta compete to be named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.” Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach are bestowed this honor. VENZA, along with other select companies, will be honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead. VENZA was evaluated by an independent research firm on key measures in various categories. These included Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business.

“This award is evidence of our commitment to guiding good people to do great things in this world,” says Josh Bergen, VENZA President. “I’m very proud of Robin McGuire, HR/Accounting Manager and our HR team for providing this guidance every day, generating extraordinary and lasting value for VENZA and, ultimately, for our clients,” said Bergen.

This year’s event theme will be “Wake up with the Stars”. The program will start with a presentation by speaker Jennifer McGowan, Executive Directors of Pebble Tossers, and continue with the announcement of the top 10 elite awards. This year’s keynote address will be presented by John Parker, Co-Author of ‘Become Unmistakable’ and Vice President of Elzinga and Volkers. Every year the Best and Brightest honors non-profits in the Metro Atlanta area to be showcased during the program and ensure the winning companies will have a chance to connect and volunteer. This year the community corner will honor Hands On Atlanta, A.G. Rhodes, and Open Hand Atlanta. The Winners’ Award Reception along with photo opportunities will feature Abhi Golhar, biz 1190 AM WAFS, and a representative from WSB TV2.
